Equal Opportunity Housing

Welcome to Heaven on Earth - Sunny Southwest Florida

In Fort Myers, Cape Coral, all of Lee County and Southwest Florida our wonderful natural environment provides us with fishing, golfing, wildlife, warm water, and beaches that run for miles. Our fantastic weather creates irresistible attractions for visitors and businesses alike while affording a wonderful retirement environment for seniors.

Unfortunately, due to the mortgage problems affecting the nation, we're going through a time of high foreclosure rates. We had about 18,000 foreclosures in Lee County so far this year. The result is that Real Estate in the area is priced very cheaply - well off their highs of a year or two ago. For the Buyer, the current market conditions create an incredible opportunity to buy investment real estate or retirement homes at very advantageous prices. You can buy homes for far, far under the cost of construction. Add the still historically low interest rates in and buying opportunites can be found.

For the investor there is opportunity everywhere - new construction, buying and improving existing homes, commercial properties, or just investing in raw land. Duplexes that were going for $250,000 - $350,000+ can be had for well under $100,000!!! All these venues for investment are making good profits for smart investors.

We specialize in finding value for our clients, and making Real Estate transactions easy and smooth.

Local Information
Lee County is located on Florida's Southwest coast on the Gulf of Mexico about 2 hours south of Tampa. The East coast with Fort Lauderdale and Miami is only a couple of hours away. Orlando is about 3 1/2 hours up the freeway.

Known as "The City of Palms" because of the thousands of Royal Palms lining historic McGregor Boulevard. Fort Myers weather is hard to beat with the sun shining about 270 days a year with an average temperature during the spring / summer season of 84 degrees and 71 degrees during the fall and winter.

We, also have the reputation as a "Golf Capital of the World" with about 100 great golf courses in the area.

Plenty of other action to keep the fun level up. Major League baseball teams like the Minnesota Twins & the Boston Red Sox hold spring training here. Like hockey? We have our own Florida Everblades hockey team. Around here nature sites abound.Visit the Corkscrew Sanctuary, the Calusa Nature Center, J.N. "Ding" Darling Wildlife Sanctuary (one of the top birding areas in the country), Carl Johnson State Park, and many more. You'll be amazed at varieties of wildlife. Don't miss the Edison Estate where Thomas Edison lived and worked. Great restaurants abound. More and more ..... just look around and you'll find many interesting things. Some links to these attractions are available on our links page.
